One of the best things about Sunday newspapers is the color comics. In that tradition, I am going to post a couple of my favourite Calvin and Hobbes comics on Sundays, for your enjoyment. I think Bill Waterson is a comic genius, with the two main characters being named after John Calvin, a Reformation theologian, and Thomas Hobbes, an English political philosopher. Although the comic strips are quite funny, many of them will have you thinking deep philosophical and religious thoughts, too… Enjoy!
Happy Sunday!
Note: Calvin and Hobbes is (c) by Bill Waterson.

Calvin and Hobbes is one of my favorites too! Just recently found three “Collections” at a Goodwill store and felt like I’d found lost treasure! Thanks!
I too have the Calvin and Hobbes ‘collection’ books.
Found them at the same ‘bookstore’ as Rick. :o)
In so few words Waterson captures genuine humanity…
flawed and wrapped beautifully in funny.
