The Sunday Funnies – Being Superman

Okay, who didn’t pretend they were a superhero as a kid growing up? Whether it was donning a red cape and putting your underwear over top of your pants, or jumping off of something that was higher than you should have and pretending you were flying, it was all a regular part of childhood. As you grow up, never lose that child-like sense of wonder, laughter and enjoyment of life. Today’s Calvin and Hobbes strips celebrate that aspect of childhood… (and of course, my favourite costumed superhero is… Superman). Enjoy!

Jesus said, “Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” (Mark 10:15).
