Midget Football Manitoba Playoffs – @NationalsFtbl

For the past three years, my son Caeb (#83)  has played football for the Transcona Nationals, a minor league team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After one year on the bantam team (14 year olds), he has spent the last two years on the midget team (15-17 year olds). This year, his team made it to the quarter finals in the playoffs, where they beat the Falcons 18-14. That means this coming Saturday, they’re in the semi-finals against the best team in the league – the Nomads. Here are some pics from the tournament this past weekend. Go Nationals!

Every minor league football players dream – to play on the field in a CFL stadium!
