Calvin & Hobbes - guilt 9

May you be encouraged today to know that no matter how badly you may have messed up in your life, God is good, and He is a loving, forgiving God!

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8).

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9).

  1. Sweet ~ and isn’t that really the bottom line~ All we want to know ~ are we still loved. ~ Sweet

  2. We carry the burden of our own sins far too long. God has forgotten them long ago. There is grace and mercy new every morning, if only we would just ask.
